They can be used as an embossed base for water colouring with Distress Crayons, Ink, and Distress Oxide. The melted powder will sit on your paper. However, if overheated, it will get absorbed into the paper and become shiny. The Frosted Crystal is a translucent powder and will melt to a frost (not glittery). Use Frosted Crystal as an embossed foundation for water colouring with Distress Crayons, Ink, and Oxide. Worked great on Tim Holtz Distress cardstocks and coated surfaces.
